 Session 2 - Working with Buyers - 2 CE

Once you obtain your first home buyer, you need to know the steps that follow, and have a solid plan in place. This session will teach you the ins and outs of the most common forms you’ll use when working with buyers, and help you understand that strong communication with your buyers is invaluable.

Session 3 - The Selling Process - 2 CE

Listings are the key to any successful real estate business. They drive buyer leads, and are a great way to market yourself. When you acquire that first seller, you want to ensure you will get a rave review in return. And one of the most important parts of earning that is by knowing your contracts and forms… front to back.
