For each three-year license cycle, all active real estate brokers must complete 24 hours of continuing education. 12 of these credits come from the required Annual Commission Update (4 CE x 3 years = 12 CE). The other 12 are elective credits of your choice, and I offer many courses to choose from. Learn more about them all below.

Broker Basics I - 2 CE
Without a vision and plan any job is tough. Set goals, small and large, to ensure success while developing a business plan to have direction. Comprehension of the Contract to Buy & Sell Land - 4 CE
Many brokers take a line by line Contract course on a regular basis, however it’s generally for the Contract to Buy & Sell Residential. This course reviews the CBS Land and corresponding forms. It is important to know the difference between the two Contracts and when to use the Land. Just because the property has an improvement does not always mean to use the Residential CBS.
